About the Business
SwiftSafyre was originally established in Tunbridge Wells in 1978. Initially operating as a security system and fire alarm component distributor we were successfully trading well before the appearance of many of today’s better known security system distribution companies.
However, with only one major alarm installation company in the region at the time, there was a significant opportunity for us to develop a security system installation business; customer demand convinced Swift’s directors to launch an alarm installation and maintenance company, resulting in SwiftSafyre as it is today.
We are one of the UK’s largest and most successful fire alarm and security system installation and maintenance businesses. We can justifiably claim to be at the forefront of the UK fire and security industry, providing a fully integrated, nationwide design, installation and maintenance service to our customers across the complete spectrum of fire and security products. However, we have been careful not to forget our roots and we are proud to provide the same high quality, efficient, competitive and courteous security system service that has been the key to our long-term success.

Alarm & CCTV Monitoring
We provide a variety of remote intruder alarm and CCTV monitoring services to suit all risks and all budgets; from a simple key-holder only response service through to sophisticated, fully monitored security systems communicating directly through our alarm receiving centre (ARC) to the emergency services.
Intruder & Burglar Alarms
We provide customised security and CCTV systems for your home and business, whether large or small, to suit your particular needs and budget.
An intruder alarm should complement the protection provided by good physical security measures by acting firstly as a deterrent – the majority of convicted burglars say they intentionally avoid homes with security systems – and then by detection of an intrusion at the earliest possible moment and providing a local audible warning. Additionally, security systems that are connected to our Alarm Receiving Centre will ensure that the client, or their key holders, are informed and, where appropriate, the police informed.
